There's always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.

Hurstville Grove & Georges Estate Sunshine Project: Brightening lives and nurturing connections across generations

This initiative is designed to enrich the development of our students in the social-emotional domain. In collaboration with Georges Estate Aged Care in Penshurst, a strong partnership will give our students the unique opportunity to:

build intergenerational relationships
and engage in community based activities
develop empathy, communication and leadership skills in real world settings

2025 Combined School Concert

Our Dance Troupe proudly represented HGIS at the annual Combined School Concert with an absolutely amazing dance performance. Thanks to Miss Emily for all her skill and dedication in producing such a group of dancers.

A year at our school

The Hurstville Grove Infants inaugural ART SHOW in September was a huge success. Students had the opportunity to showcase their masterpieces as our school community gathered for an evening BBQ.

Our choir performed at the GRC Hurstville Campus Community Festival in October and enjoyed the experience of performing on a big stage.

All students participated in the Athletics carnival at Renown Park in October and enjoyed a variety of activities. We were joined by parents/carers to cheer us on!
